Kissmefortytimes is an international photography competition. Access requires a paid annual subscription. One plan, one price — no additional purchases possible.

Each subscription includes 20 credits for the season. 1 credit = 1 submitted image. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and expire at the end of the season (with the exception of bonus credits, which follow the bonus carryover rules).

You retain full copyright over your submitted images. By submitting, you grant Kissmefortytimes a non-exclusive licence to display your images in the context of the competition results and rankings.

Any attempt to manipulate the jury, circumvent the submission rules, or gain an unfair competitive advantage will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. No refund is issued for the current period. Kissmefortytimes reserves the right to suspend an account for breach of these terms.
